Security at OffiAxis
Security and privacy are core to OffiAxis. Field teams and contractors trust us to keep project data, client files, and communications secure. We restrict internal access to user data and review permissions regularly. Our goal is simple: your information stays private, encrypted, and protected.
Encryption
All connections between OffiAxis, Telegram, WhatsApp, and your connected storage use secure, encrypted transport. Data sent from your devices to our services is protected with TLS so files and messages remain private in transit.
Data storage
When you choose Google Drive, OneDrive, or OffiAxis Storage, your files are stored with industry-standard cloud security and physical safeguards. OffiAxis Storage encrypts files at rest. Access to connected storage follows the permissions you grant.
Security testing
We monitor our systems and review security on an ongoing schedule. Automated checks and independent specialists help us find and fix vulnerabilities and keep protections current.
Payment security
Subscriptions and payments are processed by trusted PCI-compliant providers such as Stripe. OffiAxis does not store or handle raw credit card numbers.
Privacy commitment
We do not sell your data. We only request the permissions needed to provide features like file upload, search, reports, and calendar scheduling. You control which services connect to OffiAxis, including Google Drive, OneDrive, and Google Calendar.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you have found a security issue, please email our team. Include steps to reproduce and any relevant details so we can investigate quickly.
